Frequently asked questions.

How often do you come by?

That is up to you. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. For larger jobs, we offer bi-monthly, quarterly.

How do I pay for my service?

We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Zelle.

Must I sign a contract?

No. Our service is month-to-month. You can tell us to cancel service at any time. (The exception is when we arrive for a scheduled visit — you can only cancel after that visit.)

Are you properly insured?

Yes, most definitely. We carry general liability insurance and all of our technicians are covered by workers compensation.

What happens on rainy days?

Rainy days do not affect our service and most of our clients do not have problems when it rains. If your windows do become spotted from rain on the day of service, we will come out at your request and re-clean the exteriors at no additional charge.

What if I have film tint on my windows?

We are not responsible for any nicks, cuts, scratches, or any other damage to film tint.

What if I have blinds on my windows?

We will clean behind them. However, we are not responsible for any damage to blinds.
